undesirable smoking occurs too. With SilibaseSR-6321 silicone resin binder, these problems are a thing of the past.
Performance and use
SilibaseSR-6321Silicone Resin Binder is a low-molecular-weight, solvent-free silicone resin prepared by the mixed hydrolysis of
alkoxysilanes with different functionalities. It can be cured at room temperature, has good activity, high hardness, non-sticky in
hot state, low loss of light, and heat. Excellent performance such as non-smoke. Mainly used in the production of high-solids
heat-resistant coatings, such as automobile, motorcycle and aircraft parts (such as exhaust systems, mufflers, engine parts),
household appliances (oven, stove, barbecue), and can also be widely used in automotive protection Hard plated crystal material.
Formulation Reference
A formulation as a one-component system is possible if moisture is excluded.
In this case, the storage stability of the finished formulation must be precisely examined, as the coating will contain additional
constituents such as pigments and fillers.
